We buy every item new, from the retailer, in the United States. Nothing is sourced from grey-market resellers, and nothing is substituted without your written approval.
Our promise

- No counterfeits, replicas, or unlabelled 'equivalents'.
- No refurbished or open-box units unless the listing says so explicitly.
- If a retailer can't fulfil your exact item, we ask you before ordering anything else.
How we prove it
When your item lands at our US facility we photograph it in its packaging before it enters the container. Purchase receipts and serial numbers are available on request for electronics and appliances.
If we ever get it wrong
If an item you receive isn't the authentic product you ordered, we work it out with you and give you some money back. If that doesn't work for you we will sell the item and give you a refund as soon as the item is sold. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
