Information we collect
- Contact and delivery details you enter at checkout: buyer name, email, phone, receiver name and phone, city and delivery address.
- Order details: the items you buy, amounts paid, order status and tracking history.
- Account details if you create one: your email address and sign-in identifiers.
- Basic usage data: pages visited, referring site and browser information, used to understand how the store is used.
How we use it
- To source, purchase and ship your order from US retailers to Ghana.
- To send order confirmations, tracking updates, delivery and cancellation notices.
- To respond to your questions, returns and support requests.
- To keep the store secure and to improve our products and service.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number never reaches our servers — we only receive a payment reference, the amount and the payment status. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy terms.
Who we share information with
We share only what is necessary to fulfil your order: US retailers we purchase from, freight and delivery partners in the USA and Ghana, our payment processor (Stripe), our email delivery provider, and our hosting and database provider. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and similar technology
We use a small number of cookies and local browser storage to keep your cart and saved items, keep you signed in, and measure basic page visits. You can accept or decline optional analytics cookies from the banner shown on your first visit, and change your mind any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Data retention
Order and delivery records are kept for as long as needed to support returns, accounting and legal obligations. Cart and saved items live only in your own browser until you clear them.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your account and personal details, where we are not required to keep them.
- Unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time.
