Terms of service

DDAB Direct Supply sources authentic goods from US retailers on your behalf, consolidates them into international freight, and delivers to addresses in Ghana. Standard delivery is 7–10 weeks from the date your order is paid.

• Prices are shown in US dollars and already include applicable tax and our service charge.
• Shipping to Ghana is calculated at checkout once you select your delivery city.
• An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully captured.
• If an item becomes unavailable or is mispriced, we will contact you and refund in full.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

• Delivery dates shown are estimates, not guarantees; customs and freight schedules can shift timelines.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate receiver name, phone number and address in Ghana.
• Someone must be available to receive and inspect the delivery.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before we purchase from the US retailer — normally within 24 hours of checkout. Returns can be requested while your order has not yet shipped to Ghana. Full details, including damaged or incorrect items and refund timing, are on our returns & refunds page.

Do not use this store for fraudulent orders, resale of restricted goods, or any unlawful purpose. We may cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe is fraudulent.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers or events outside our control.
